Francisco Javier joined our firm in 1987. Universidad de Chile Law School (LLB, 1983). New York University, USA (MCJ, 1984). Specialised courses in foreign investment at Georgetown University and negotiation at Harvard University Law School. He has advised international companies in their investment projects in Chile, covering diverse industries. Including joint ventures and association with local partners, contracts negotiations, shareholder agreements, regulatory approvals, financing, corporate reorganizations, M&A disputes, and disinvestment processes.

He has participated in financial complex restructuring processes, investigations and processes with governmental authorities, and has been a board member of listed and privately held companies.
