Partner since 2002. Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School (LLB 1985). He heads the litigation group and has specialised in lawsuits and arbitrations, both national and international. He has been involved in complex litigations on different matters, such as construction, insurance, stockholder's agreements, compensations, constitutional, mining, environmental, electric, energy and antitrust. He also has extensive experience in negotiations.
Former Board member of the Bar Association; Arbitrator of the list of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Center (Chilean Chapter of the ICC); Member of Adipro (Private International Law Association); International Bar Association; Member of the board of directors of the Chilean chapter of CEIA (Club Español Ibero Americano de Arbitraje).
