Career
Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School (LLB, 1999). Duke University, USA (LLM, 2011). Raimundo has experience in complex litigation, with multiple civil, commercial, administrative and even criminal litigation. He has worked in cross-border matters, being able to work with international firms with the collaboration and coordination required. He has been in charge of working, coordinating and reporting to international companies, being careful to maintain consistency in different jurisdictions.
He has the ability to work as part of a team with the national or international legal management of clients, providing analysis and answers with business sense and useful for risk assessment and decision making.
He has also provided preventive advice on conflicts to avoid unnecessary litigation or to seek the best alternative solution, based on the client’s interests.
He is a member of the Arbitrator Corp of the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.
He has worked at Arnold & Porter in Washington D.C. from 2011 to 2012 in international arbitration (ICC and ICSID).
