Joshua D Gentner

Joshua Gentner is a Partner in the Global Transport Practice. He represents and counsels clients in a wide variety of debt, equity and lease financings, including U.S. and cross-border leveraged leases, mortgage financings, operating leases, project financings, export credit agency supported financings and securitizations. He handles matters related to aircraft, locomotives, rolling stock, vessels and other machinery and equipment financing. Josh has extensive experience in cross-border leasing transactions, including those on behalf of the Export-Import Bank of the United States. He has represented major commercial airlines and secured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and restructuring transactions in the U.S. and abroad.
