Joshua Bennett

Joshua Bennett is a partner in the Complex Litigation and Arbitration practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. He is a first-chair trial lawyer, litigator and arbitration practitioner. With more than 20 years’ experience in private practice, he has successfully handled high-stakes and bet-the-company business disputes in state and federal courts across the country, and in domestic and international arbitration forums around the world.

As a general commercial litigator, clients and colleagues regularly turn to Josh for his deep, broad-based expertise in complex contractual disputes across various industries, including life sciences, healthcare, technology, financial services and commercial real estate. A significant portion of his practice concerns disputes at the intersection of contract and patent law, and he regularly represents pharmaceutical, biotechnology and semiconductor companies in matters involving research collaborations and license agreements.
