Joe’s practice covers the full range of family law issues with a particular emphasis on financial remedy applications and claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996. Joe has been led in the Court of Appeal twice: first by Jonathan Southgate KC in the case of Sharp v Sharp [2017] EWCA Civ 408 and subsequently by Jonathan Swift in the case of Wilmot v Maughan [2017] EWCA Civ 1668. In 2024, Joe was led by Brent Molyneux KC, successfully resisting an appeal before Sir Jonathan Cohen, in The Incorporated Trustees of Great Calling Ministries Worldwide v Irabor [2024] EWHC 803 (Fam).
