José Luis is the Partner in charge of the Property department of Pinsent Masons Madrid. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, acquisition/disposal-related real estate transactions, forward-funding agreements, letting, sale & leaseback, restructuring and real estate M&A.
José Luis has over 30 years’ experience advising on a range of real estate investment matters. Besides, advising a variety of national and international clients including REITS, investment funds and institutional investors. José Luis is also a professor on the highly specialised course in real estate law at the School of Legal Practice of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
