Career

Antonio is the Head of the Corporate department of Pinsent Masons Madrid. He undertakes a broad range of M&A work, with a particular focus on private equity transactions (both domestic and cross border). He also has a broad experience in corporate & company law matters and commercial contracts.

Antonio has acted for a good number of clients, including private equity funds and major industrial corporations, in a variety of industries and sectors such as: healthcare, banking and financial services, manufacturing (diversified industry), technology, and infrastructure. In close connection with the financial teams, he heads the transactional work on acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations, acting both on domestic Spanish matters and cross-border operations.
