Gerry is a partner based in the Dublin office of Pinsent Masons. He co-leads the Irish private equity practice. Gerry advises on a broad range of corporate transactional and advisory matters, including private and public M&A (and particularly cross-border M&A), equity capital markets, joint ventures and fundraisings. Gerry has a particular focus on private equity and has acted for PE funds (domestic and international), corporates, management teams and other stakeholders in PE transactions, across a range of sectors, including most recently in financial services, logistics, travel, industrial and energy retail.
In addition to transactional matters, Gerry also provides advice to clients on corporate governance and business as usual commercial contracts matters.
Gerry has lectured in the Law Society of Ireland and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in relation to various aspects of company law.
