Garrett Monaghan is an excellent commercial lawyer with an acute mind and a strategic understanding of transactions.
I find him particularly excellent at getting to the bottom of things and distilling things down.
He really creates space to figure out what you're really worried about and goes back to the principles of the commercial reality and helps you figure out what is important and what are things you can concede.
