He has extensive background in advising clients from the energy, industry, TMT and consumer products sectors.
His experience also includes leading several take-over transactions of foreign companies, as well as cross-border mergers of Polish and foreign entities.
He also advises on corporate governance and maintenance issues. Błażej is one of the co-authors of “Handbuch der Europäischen Aktiengesellschaft” (“Handbook on the European company (SE)”).
