Career

Labor and employment lawyer with 31 years of experience. He obtained his law degree from Universidad de Alcalá de Henares (Madrid, 1990). Joined Garrigues in 1998 and has been a partner in its Labor Department since 2002. He is an expert in collective bargaining (collective bargaining agreements, company agreements, etc.), corporate restructuring (collective layoffs, suspension proceedings, mergers, spin-offs, outsourcing and subcontracting), supplementary social welfare (pension plans and funds, group insurance and early retirement plans) and union law: elections and union sections.

Extensive portfolio of clients, including international investors, industrial corporations and service companies, having participated in several of the most complex matters in the national scene.
