Joined Garrigues in 1998. He received his law degree from Universidad Complutense de Alcalá de Henares (Madrid, 1990). Partner in Garrigues since 2002, at present heads its Labour Department. He advises in all aspects of collective bargaining: collective labour agreements, corporate agreements, transfers, mobility etc.; corporate restructurings: collective layoff procedures, mergers, segregations, outsourcing and subcontracting transactions. Complementary employee welfare, pension plans and funds, collective insurance and pre retirement plans; trade union law: trade union elections and sections. Wide portfolio of clients incluiding international investors, industrial corporations and local property companies.
