Jorge Robles

Partner. Specialist in administrative law and in public procurement; advising on public services management and on regulated sectors, including the pharmaceutical and health sectors. He has ample experience in advising private and state-owned companies; in pre-litigation and litigation, challenging actions and administrative decisions before administrative tribunals, economic and administrative tribunals, and judicial review courts; and in handling proceedings with the Constitutional Court. He is an expert in public procurement; managing public services, and infrastructure and transport projects; regulated sectors; and town planning law and the environment.

He lectures on the Master in Public-Services Contracts and Management for Local Authorities at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and the Master in Legal Practice at the Universidad de Málaga. He also lectures in in the Course on Pharmaceutical Law at the Barcelona Bar Association.
