He actively participates in creating management companies for open and closed-end collective investment institutions, and investment services institutions; and advises them regularly on private equity, venture capital and real estate funds.

Mr. Canta is speaker and lecturer on issues related to investment funds in different postgraduate programs, including programs at Instituto de Empresa (IE) and Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

He is co-author of the article "Políticas y procedimientos remunerativos de las SGEIC en la nueva regulación del capital riesgo tras la Ley 22/2014, de 12 de noviembre" (Remuneration policies and procedures of collective investment institution management companies under the new regulation of venture capital following the introduction of Act 22/2014, of November 12) published in Revista Española de Capital Riesgo (issue 2, 2015).
