John Caccia represents a range of sponsor and investor clients in the formation, negotiation and capitalization of private investment vehicles, including private equity funds, private credit funds, hedge funds, hybrid funds and managed accounts. He regularly represents new manager teams and new fund sponsors in the establishment of cross-border and other investment management platforms and advises on a range of portfolio investments across the debt and equity markets. He also advises on GP-led and other fund restructurings, including in connection with asset recapitalization or dispositions, as well as on compliance matters, financings, joint ventures, and other significant strategic initiatives.
