Johan is a partner focusing on Restructuring & Insolvency and Employment & Pensions. He is regularly appointed as an official receiver in bankruptcies and has strong experience working with financially distressed companies representing creditors, debtors and other parties in insolvency proceedings such as bankruptcies and corporate restructurings. He also advises clients (public and private companies) on the many employment and benefits aspects of corporate transactions, transfer of undertakings and business reorganisations, and represents clients in labour-related investigations and disputes.
Johan joined Schjødt in 2020. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Umeå (2007) and a member of the Swedish Bar Association (2013).
