1) Shipping

- represented Hanjin Shipping in the 'Typhoon Maemi’case;

- represented the Owners in the ‘Seizure by Somali pirate of MV Bright Ruby

- reprerepresented the Owners in the ‘Seizure by Somali pirate of MV Brightsented Samsung Heavy Industry in the ‘MV Hebei Spirit vs Samsung Barge No 1’ case;

- represented and advised Korean Consortium in relation to the internation bidding for charter-party contract award of 50 LNG carriers

2) Aviation

- represented Korean Air Line and other global air carriers in relation to aircraft collapse, air cargo claim and passenger claims

- represented Air China in the ‘Aircraft Crash at Gimhae’ case;

3) Insurance

- represented local underwriters in relation to several large-scale fire accidient and its resultant package insurance claims;

- represented local and global underwriters in relation to D & O insurance policy

- represented several underwriters in relation to marine insurance claims including the sinking of MV Sewol;

4) Trading Dispute

- represented banks in relation to letter- of- credit dispute

- represented and advised Korea Trade Insurance Corporation for 3 decades
