Jet Hollingsworth has served as Project Counsel, Community Development Entity Counsel, Leverage Lender Counsel or Investor Counsel in numerous New Markets, Historic Rehabilitation and Renewable Energy Tax Credit transactions. He typically assists real estate developers, 501(c)(3) organizations, operating businesses and governmental entities in structuring financings that incorporate multiple forms of subsidy and federal and state incentives. These projects include healthcare, industrial/manufacturing, education, mixed-use and community facilities. Jet has also represented numerous developers and investors with respect to Opportunity Zone finance transactions, including both establishing Opportunity Zone Funds and Qualified Opportunity Zone Businesses. Additionally, he has served as Bond Counsel and Underwriter’s Counsel for numerous municipal bond and other public finance transactions.
