Jessica Kastin

Jessica Kastin has been advising employers on labor and employment matters for 20 years. With a focus on issues arising under the National Labor Relations Act, she regularly serves as lead counsel in collective bargaining negotiations and grievance arbitrations, and handles union elections, representation proceedings, unfair labor practice charges, strike preparation and related injunction proceedings. Jessica also frequently advises employers on strategic corporate mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and related integration and reorganization efforts. In all facets of her practice, Jessica takes a hands on approach and works with clients to understand and achieve their goals.
