Margaret A Ward

Peggy Ward has more than 20 years’ experience practicing antitrust law, with special focus on mergers and acquisitions, counseling, compliance programs, and nonmerger government investigations. She has represented clients before the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and state attorneys general, and has experience in a wide range of industries, including health care, IT hardware, software, financial payments, life sciences, energy, and telecommunications. Peggy serves as a Nongovernmental Advisor to the International Competition Network. She is currently co-chair of the Compliance and Ethics Committee of the American Bar Association's Section of Antitrust Law.
