Claire Castles

Claire Castles' practice focuses on complex health care and life science regulatory compliance issues concerning transactions, investigations, and litigation matters, including issues that are international in scope, relate to significant regulatory enforcement, and present potential reputational concerns. She assists clients in implementing proactive and strategic processes that promote regulatory compliance with Medicare and Medicaid and state waivers as well as pricing, reimbursement and compliance issues. Claire also advises clients with operational and administrative responses to accreditation and licensure surveys, immediate jeopardy and health privacy breach allegations, state and federal Office of Inspector General investigations, disclosures, and audits, repayment and remediation efforts, and threatened termination actions by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
