Michael McCauley

Mike McCauley represents Fortune 500 companies and leaders from many industries in complex construction disputes. He represents and advises public and private owners, design professionals, and contractors involved in large disputes in a broad range of projects, including highway, building, energy, and industrial. He has a particular focus on litigation involving renewable energy projects, including wind farm projects, solar projects, battery energy storage systems, and hydroelectric facilities. He also has significant experience representing clients in disputes involving nuclear energy.
