Lin Kahn has nearly two decades of experience representing clients in high-stakes antitrust litigation and government investigations. She represents companies in the pharmaceutical, technology, agricultural, and defense industries in matters involving claims of monopolization, conspiracy to restrain trade, tying, exclusive dealing, unfair competition, and unlawful mergers. Lin previously served for five years at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), where she was the first-chair trial counsel in the agency's successful trial against dental products distributors, as well as the lead attorney on numerous other conduct and merger investigations.
