Jennifer is a Principal Associate on the Employment, Labor and Pensions team, advising on complex HR issues, restructures and TUPE transfers.

Jennifer can assist with large-scale and cross-border restructures. She regularly advises on redundancies, changes to employee terms and conditions, and TUPE transfers. She is often involved in negotiating with employee representatives or unions in respect of these matters. Jennifer is also able to support in the drafting and negotiating of employment provisions, as part of a business sale or purchase.

Jennifer provides day-to-day support to a range of clients on matters such as disciplinary and grievances procedures, performance and absence management, as well as settlement discussions and exiting specific individuals. Jennifer has a particular interest in the Health and Life Sciences sector and the consumer sector.

Jennifer represents and advises employers who are defending Tribunal litigation relating to all areas of employment law, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
