Jeffrey Lee Rothschild

Jeff's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, special committees and financial advisory work. He has advised clients regarding mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, related party transactions, and general corporate issues, such as fiduciary duties analysis, disclosure philosophy and compliance with federal securities law. With experience representing both public and private clients, Jeff has handled transactions involving a range of industries, including health care, industrials, telecommunications, retail services, financial services and energy. He has also written a number of articles appearing in The Deal, Law360, Euromoney and other publications. In addition, Jeff frequently speaks on financial advisory matters in venues such as the Practicing Law Institute and American Bar Association meetings.
