Career

Having first trained and practised in shipping litigation with the firm for 12 years, Jeff founded the firm’s trade and commodities team in 1993 and is now its head. He has developed considerable expertise in advising trade houses in contentious disputes and in arbitration at numerous trade associations.

He has a particular reputation and specialism in sugar in which area, for the past 25 years, he has advised sugar traders, banks and brokers, as well as the sugar associations themselves.
