Partner. He specializes in advising companies in crisis, both regarding refinancing and bankruptcy proceedings. He has participated in a wide variety of cases in his field of specialization, including some very important national cases, defending the interests of debtors and creditors. He has also represented investors’ interests in business unit sales resulting from bankruptcy proceedings.
He lectures on insolvency law in the Master in Corporate Finance at ESADE Business & Law School and in the Master in Business Law run by the Barcelona Bar Association, and is an associate lecturer of commercial law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
