Jarosław Gajda, advocate, is a Counsel in the Corporate / M&A Department at CMS.

He has experience in M&A transactions, restructurings and joint ventures in the FMCG, IT, oil & gas, food, industrial production, medical services and financial services sector.

Prior to joining CMS, Jarosław worked for over 13 years at Clifford Chance.
