CMS Poland's Corporate and M&A/Private Equity Team delivers true breadth and depth of M&A and Private Equity expertise across our international network. A team of several dozen lawyers offering comprehensive merger and acquisition assistance (including public M&As) and providing legal support at every stage of a transaction – from deal structuring, through preparing due diligence documents, to drafting and negotiating sale agreements, investment agreements and shareholder agreements. In our Private Equity practice we represent both, Private Equity houses and non-Private Equity clients. This experience gives us in-depth knowledge on specific issues and challenges our client may face during the transaction and advice on real commercial risks to successfully finalise the project.

Our lawyers have significant experience in designing and implementing innovative transaction structures (tax and corporate) that maximise the benefit to our clients. Over the years we have developed effective procedures for the efficient management of complex projects and transactions and co-ordinating the work of other advisors.
