János is an experienced transaction lawyer specialising in cross-border M&A and private equity. He has advised on significant M&A transactions, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, insolvency and restructuring proceedings, and commercial disputes. His competition law experience includes cartel investigations, dawn raids and leniency applications. János also advises clients on designing and rolling-out compliance programmes, internal guidelines and policies as well as whistle-blowing procedures in areas such as data privacy, antitrust and anti-bribery.
