Jamal Fulton’s practice focuses on the organization and operation of private investment funds, including buyout, growth equity, venture capital, social impact, conduit, and hedge funds.
Jamal also represents private fund sponsors in co-investment, separate account, fund-of-one, joint venture and other bespoke arrangements, and he represents limited partners in their investments in private funds.
In addition to his regular practice, Jamal maintains an active pro bono practice.
Jamal’s representative clients include KKR, TPG, iCapital, J.P, Morgan, and Cascade.
Jamal joined the firm in 2012 and became a partner in 2021. In 2014, he was resident in the London office.
