Practice Areas
Jacob Pinborg leads the firm’s competition work, with 25 years’ experience in this space. He advises public and private clients on matters involving competition law, State aid law, telecommunications law and EU law, and conducts cases on these issues before the Supreme Court, the High Courts, the Maritime and Commercial Court in Danmark as well as the General Court and Court of Justice of the European Union. He is appointed as NGA to the ICN on behalf of the Danish Competition Authority.
