Peter Hedegaard Madsen is an expert in company law, the law applying to foundations, financial regulation and many other types of regulation of business. He has a right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and is very experienced in advising businesses, foundations and public authorities on compliance and transactions. Peter often advises executive boards and boards of directors on legal matters of strategic importance, and he has also been responsible for several legal investigations in both the public and the private sector.
Peter is the partner responsible for our finance and businesses team, and he is a member of our board of directors. Peter has more than 15 years of experience in advising on financial business, setting up foundations, companies, legal investigations, public organisation, joint ventures and partnerships, etc as well as on the acquisition and sale of assets and companies between private and public parties.
Peter provides advice to a large number of businesses on compliance, governance and on the specific regulation applying to the businesses. His clients include both big financial businesses, companies, foundations, publicly owned businesses and public authorities (the Danish State, regional and municipal authorities).
