Ronnie Kandler has a strong track record in relation to public and private M&A transactions and has significant cross-border experience. He advises domestic and international companies, private equity funds and financial institutions on all aspects of M&A, renewable energy transactions, corporate governance, capital markets and company law. Ronnie is known as a very capable commercial lawyer with great people skills.
