Christian Bo Kolding-Krøger

Christian Bo Kolding-Krøger is a recognised litigation lawyer with extensive experience in commercial disputes, particularly with a focus on contractual disputes, private equity funds and international corporate transactions. For example he advises clients in disputes related to liability in damages arising out of M&A transactions, IPOs and other commercial transactions and contractual relationships where legal and financial disagreements have arisen.
