Jesper Lauge Johannesen

Jesper Lauge Johannesen focuses on urban and area development projects, property development and M&A real estate. Jesper has extensive experience in his field, and for many years he has assisted public bodies, pension funds, property developers and private investors with implementing large, significant development projects and property transactions.

Jesper has a particular focus on urban development projects in area development companies, especially the cooperation between public bodies and private investors. He has been involved in some of the most significant area development companies in Denmark in recent years and has consequently acquired extensive experience and expertise in and insight into the individual stages of a successful development project, from the initial concept to project implementation. His expertise is wide-ranging and covers all significant real estate aspects.

Over the years, Jesper has successfully assisted a wide range of clients with strategic and value-adding advice that has created strong and lasting client relationships. He handles complex legal issues with a focus on clients' visions and business objectives, where joint ventures and partnership agreements in particular have been a large part of his work.
