Andreas Estrup Ippolito specialises in commercial contracts, transactions and procurement. Andreas provides advice to public and private enterprises in a number of sectors and lines of business, including in particular infrastructure, transport, energy, defence and security as well as IT and telecommunications.
He provides advice on all procurement aspects according to the public procurement rules, and he has extensive experience in complex tender processes, including negotiated procedures and competitive dialogue. Andreas generally focuses on execution of tender processes aimed at the international market. He also advises on EU law, competition law and state aid matters as well as on other regulatory matters, for example investment screening (FDI) and cyber security. In his practice areas, Andreas represents public and private enterprises in negotiations and before the ordinary Danish courts, in arbitration proceedings and before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement (Klagenævnet for Udbud).
