Ivor specialises in all aspects of contentious partnership, employment and discrimination law, with a focus on the enforcement of restrictive covenants, employee and partner competition and sensitive discrimination and whistleblowing claims. He also advises on incentive arrangement disputes and bonus claims in the High Court.
He advises directors, senior executives and employers across a variety of sectors, particularly financial services, professional practices and in the sports, entertainment, healthcare and recruitment sectors. His experience includes advising on sensitive investigations, harassment matters, team moves and contentious exits from partnership structures.
Ivor joined Fox & Partners as a partner in 2018, moving from his position as a partner in a top 30 UK law firm. He is a qualified Solicitor-Advocate.
Ivor sits on the Legislative and Policy Committee of Employment Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Association of Partnership Practitioners, Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and Commercial Litigators Forum.
