We support employment litigation in multiple jurisdictions and across a variety of forums, with one particular cross-border case involving the issuing of proceedings in the High Court and Employment Tribunal for discrimination, as well as claims in other jurisdictions.

We are regularly instructed by employees and employers bringing or defending high value and sensitive discrimination and whistleblowing claims. Over the last year, we have also assisted a number of businesses in dealing with investigation and management of employee disciplinary and performance concerns.
