Dean has more than 30 years’ experience advising on partnership, employment and shareholder disputes. He counsels professional firms, individual partners, employers, directors, companies and shareholders on their rights and obligations, focussing on high-value matters involving regulatory, financial and reputational risk.

Dean has a wealth of knowledge, having acted for employers, LLP members and employees in relation to a wide variety of issues, including team moves, partnership disputes, restrictive covenants, wrongful dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination and whistleblowing complaints. He has extensive experience in the employment aspects of private equity, M&A and outsourcing transactions.
