Catriona Watt specialises in contentious and non-contentious partnership law as well as employment and discrimination law. She advises professional firms, partners, senior executives and employers across a variety of sectors. Her experience includes advising on complex team move situations, in which there are usually restrictive covenants, fiduciary duties and potential forfeiture aspects, contentious exits from partnership structures, particularly in professional services, financial services and private equity, and other senior level employment and partnership issues. Catriona has particular experience in dealing with private equity partnership disputes.
Catriona Watt joined Fox (the predecessor firm to Fox & Partners) in 2008. Catriona is dual qualified in Scotland and England and Wales.
Catriona is a member of the Association of Partnership Practitioners, the Employment Lawyers Association and the International Barr Association (former Chair of the Young Lawyers Committee).
