Ismael Gonzalez

Partner. He is an expert in advising Spanish and multinational groups in the industrial and service sectors on tax matters, corporate restructurings, estate tax planning and supervising tax inspection processes. He specializes in the audiovisual, chemical, consumer goods and pharmaceutical industries, advising on the different sectoral legal issues and on tax planning. He regularly advises on designing and planning financing structures, mainly in the audiovisual productions field, as well as on the legal aspects of the industry’s executive production.

He lectures in the module on corporate income tax in the Master of Laws in Taxation at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya and in the Bachelor of Arts in Cinematography at the Escola Superior de Cinema i Audiovisuals de Catalunya (ESCAC).
