He is specialized in the audiovisual, chemical, consumer goods and pharmaceutical industries, advising on the different sectoral legal issues and on tax planning. He regularly advises on designing and planning financing structures, mainly in the audiovisual productions field, as well as on the legal aspects of the industry’s executive production.
