Iqbal Khan, a Senior Corporate Partner with the firm, he specializes in M&A and Private Equity transactions.

Iqbal regularly advises some of the largest global financial investors (such as Apax, Brookfield, CVC and TPG) and strategic investors (such as Asian Paints, Cemex, L&T, SBD and S&P), and specialises in PE investments, complex private and public M&As (domestic and cross-border), JVs and foreign investment laws.

Some of his ley recent transactions are :

TPG’s investment in RIL Jio and Reliance Retail Ventures; L&T’s divestiture of E&A business; and PayTM’s acquisition of Raheja QBE Insurance
