With over 15 years of experience, Mr. Song expertise span the full spectrum of employment and labor issues (e.g., wrongful termination claims, wage/hours claims, unfair labor practice claims, and investigations). Furthermore, he is known for his experience in providing practical solutions on labor union negotiations and disputes.
Mr. Song is admitted to the Korean Bar and completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 2005. He holds a B.A. in Law from Korea University. In addition to his practice, he is regularly invited to speak for major corporations on legislative changes and practical strategies.
