Hugo graduated from the School of Law at the University of Lisbon, where he completed the courses of his Master’s in Legal Political Sciences. He achieved distinction in various legal directors, including Chambers Europe, 2014 to 2021 (Planning and Real Estate) and The Legal 500, 2015 onwards (Planning and Real Estate). He speaks English, Spanish, French and Italian.
