Holly Insley

Holly’s practice covers both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, ranging from advice on the employment aspects of cross-border transactions and complex restructurings, to defending high value employment litigation. She has considerable experience in investigating sensitive employment issues, advising on whistleblowing and the complexities of navigating investigations in a regulatory context. These matters often involve the navigation of cross-border issues and advice on how best to manage and coordinate the competing requirements of different jurisdictions. She also has a busy advisory practice, advising on the hiring and exit of senior executives, corporate governance, employment classification issues, downsizing projects, employee incentivisation and the application of malus and clawback. She has a particular interest in corporate culture and workforce engagement issues.
