Holly Insley

Holly’s practice covers both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, ranging from the defence of high value or reputationally sensitive employment litigation to advice on the employment aspects of cross-border transactions and complex restructurings. She has considerable experience in investigating alleged misconduct, advising on whistleblowing and the complexities of navigating investigations in a regulatory context. These matters often involve the navigation of cross-border issues and advice on how best to manage and coordinate the competing requirements of different jurisdictions. Holly also has a busy advisory practice, advising on the hiring and exit of senior executives, corporate governance, employment classification issues, downsizing projects, workforce engagement, employee incentivisation and the application of malus and clawback.
