Nathalie is the managing partner of the Brussels office and heads the firm’s Disputes, Litigation and Arbitration group in Belgium. She advises Belgian and international corporate and private equity clients as well as financial institutions on cross-border and domestic disputes, white collar crime and regulatory investigations. She has experience in both internal and external investigations procedures as well as investigation-follow-on-litigation cases in various sectors.
She handles mass claims and global investigations involving high-profile matters such as alleged product liability, unfair practices, bribery, money-laundering, breaches of environment law and securities fraud. Her practice encompasses both judicial proceedings before courts and arbitration proceedings.
