Hiromitsu Miyakawa has more than 20 years of experience in antitrust and competition matters and has served as defense counsel in major cartel prosecutions by the Fair Trade Commission of Japan (JFTC) as well as competition authorities in other jurisdictions. His practice covers government investigations, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and other counseling and compliance advice. He also focuses on anti-bribery compliance issues and helps companies to establish, enhance, and maintain effective compliance programs. He is Partner-in-Charge of the Firm's Tokyo Office.
