Vinay Kurien

Vinay Kurien advises on a variety of cross-border debt transactions, including leveraged acquisition finance, equipment and receivable financings, structured debt and project finance as well as debt capital markets transactions. He has in-depth knowledge of the full range of corporate finance transactions and regularly advises clients (multi-national corporate groups, financial institutions and private creditors) in connection with banking and finance related transactions across the South and Southeast Asian region.

Vinay also advises on cross-border business and corporate restructuring matters involving non-contentious, contentious, and formal insolvency procedures, including formulating and implementing enforcement and debt recovery strategies. Prior to relocating to Jones Day Singapore in 2011, Vinay worked in the Mumbai office of a major Indian law firm.
